The Street introduces a new feature: a hodgepodge of stock ideas from newsletters online.

Bagelmania / HotStocks@StreetLevel
The HotStocks group is based in New York, headed by Gayle Essary. He oversees a Web site focused on collecting visitors' stock picks, and he publishes a daily email of collected thoughts and equity picks from "community members." This week he passed along a recommendation from "Future Superstock" editor Jeff Bruss. This month's pick is All American Food Group (AAFG:Nasdaq - news), "felt by analysts to be headed to 'much higher prices.' " Bruss points out that bagels are being offered in more and more chains "and AAFG, owner of Goldberg's Original Old World Bagels and Sammy's New York Bagels, is poised to benefit." The Goldberg's operation is described as a traditional deli, while Sammy's focuses on kosher. "With plans to own or franchise 300 stores within 18 months, AAFG feels it is in a similar league with [Einstein/Noah Bagel], which with 241 stores, is trading at $26 to $27."
