Did you consider Laura Bush killing her ex-boyfriend with her car when she was 17 "murder"? We have discussed the fact that this is equally terrible as Chappaquiddick, however the rightwing demonizes Kennedy for Chappy but gives Laura Bush a pass. Let's be honest. Accidents happen. Kennedy does drink and play around but he has also never lost a step as a senator. He is very sharp and on the ball. The day he passes out in a senate meeting the way Reagan used to nod off in the WH is the day I join you in demanding hs retire. Reagan's excuse by the way was the onset of Alzheimers. Or mayben just boredom.
