Well, in one day over 3,000 Americans were killed by Terrorists. In what 2 years or so 1822 have been killed in combat. Dont know why you say more likely to be killed in the military?

You do watch the news, don't you? Thirty four Americans have died in Iraq this month alone. I know that number must seem small to you but there were brothers and sisters and friends and parents and relatives traumatized by these deaths. So, please, do not try to diminish the loss of life in Iraq. Their deaths may not be significant to you but they are to me and countless millions.

And lets not forget the 13K Americans who have been maimed....permanently in some cases......by this foolish war.

Sad to say, this country is too big and too important in the world to be the Pacifists you and your kind would like us to be. Its our lot to shoulder the burdens of the world, in return we share the fruits of the world.

How twisted........its your confused psychology that thinks that. Please don't put your psychological disfunction on the rest of us.

Many of us feel sorry for Sheehan and her loss but her attitude is becoming rather tiresome. She is being used by the Michael Moores of the country and thats a sad thing. Seems you are too. jdn

Dude, its your attitude that's become tiresome, not Ms. Sheehan's. No one is manipulating Ms. Sheehan.......instead she is having to experience a horrific reality.....the rest of her life without her son. If you had any empathy, you would understand.

Its too bad but Ms. Sheehan and others will not go quietly in the night just so you won't have to deal with reality.
