The dirty little secret few understand is you don't need a housing bubble for your RE investments to handily outperform almost any stock market investor. please, please, please.... you do not have to advertise it.... is it dirty to learn and know where to place your capital in the proper RE? A= nooooooooooooooooooooooo but.... shhhhhhh keep it quiet, let the herds trample on the houses the sheeple need illusions (just like the imaginary friends too) -g
