I'm off to buy a new Dell on line that can hopefully be delivered to my house by early next week. Unless someone has a better suggestion?

I don't but we've quit buying Dells because of their customer service. There was a recent big brooha in the blogs centered around Jeff Jervis and the lack of service for his Dell.

I'm not certain what to buy. There was a fascinating article by Walt Mossberg in yesterday's WSJ on new computers from E-Machine. $600 buys a lot. No monitor.
