The main reason the drilling is potentially suspect is that it was done without supervision of trained personnel and that it was done with non-typical exploration equipment. It doesn't say what kind of drill rig was used, but some can produce more contamination than others, and potentially smear narrow zoned of high grade down the hole.

The other potential problem is that the holes were drilled roughly down-dip of the stratigraphy according to the geologic interpretation and could have followed narrow zones of mineralization.

Just something to consider, I'm not saying this is a bad one. It is one of my favorite properties in Mexico.
