Ed: I spoke with the company today and confirmed the call features of the warrants. Apparently, there was a one year waiting period before the call requirements could be met so that the stock had to close at $7.50 or above for ten straights days after the one year anniversary of the IPO. Since the stock hasn't traded at that level after December 1996, the call provisions haven't been met yet so that the company cannot call the warrants at this time. That being the case, the warrants are still a good investment vehicle. Walt
