Emory, Syquest filed an 8-K on August 11th that described Iomega's civil action. (u can check out EDGAR for the details). The formal lawsuit was filed by Iomega on July 23rd.

I would expect that something will happen shortly, seeing as how they requested a preliminary injuction.

Wish I knew more... perhaps someone else can update us.
