General, you may be correct on GM choosing bad with s. africa - they got into their current mess because of very bad decisions - but say they take that fuel efficient mini van and make it in china and s. africa - why would you expect the s. africa part to fail and not the china one? I keep reading that if you take away the american part of china they are running a trade deficit - is this true in S. Africa?
