But the absolute "value driver" here is not Black Scholes nor "delta", but the simple arithmetic fact that if the stock doubles from its current price of US$13.63, the warrant will have an intrinsic value of US$8.26, which is 5.2x its present price. (Bear in mind th US dollar is falling.... the prices of gold mines can be expected to increase measured in US$)

Does anyone know of other quality warrants that offer similar leverage ?
