ASND is a very good long term prospect. Its quite clear that Tim is short and others are long. Who cares what the stock does today, tomorrow or the next day. You never buy at the bottom and sell at the top, it just doesn't work that way. If buying at 38 instead of 40 makes the difference between being a good investment and a bad one you are a trader not an investor. Focus longer term and don't worry about the day to day swings.
