special interest groups aarp, oil industry, pharma industry, unions, hold big time dollars over these congressmen. i believe even if we had term limits the next person running would cave into the lobby group to get the money to run. I figure this got to break soon, people running air conditioning are seeing $400. mo bills, i expect propane will be over $2. a gallon to heat your home. natural gas perhaps in the same area. The average middle income worker this winter is going to feel a squeeze on heating homes, and transportation. someone will start yelling soon. Meanwhile greenspan is trying to cool off the economy? evolution... i think the big bang is coming in Jan or feb. gg
