Slage you are Ray Duray!!! Only Ray can have this crooked reasoning. Let me see if I understood your reasoning. A closed economy was supposed to encourage the development of a car industry behind tariff barries. Now the closed economies had the can only make T-Rex cars. The degree of perfection of a car is in line with what people want. hence the 600 million of them on the streets. And it is the people who decided what they want to do with their money. Not a bunch of bureaucrats defending the profits of anachronic factories -owned by their friends- churning out junk! What we've seen of globalization is just foreplay. It is unstopable. And the good thing is: THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE!! Lets open. Lets open them all!!!
