Do you at least acknowledge the conflict of interest Gorelick faced being on the commission and that this conflict casts a shadow on the credibility of their report?

No to both questions. All the present hoopla about the conflict of interest is the usual stuff from columnists like Deborah Oren, a long time right wing columnists. They are trying to use any means necessary to undermine the commission's report. So we'll hear a lot of that.

My own guess is that we sit back and wait to see how it develops. Zelikow managed the staff and my guess is that had he wished to have it brought forward it would have been done. Zelikow had as many, if not more, conflicts of interest than Gorelik and was clearly in a better position to do something about it.

But it's early.

On a different topic, looks as if it's late for DeLay's friend Abramahoff (sp.)
