Brokers don't and can't stop you from flipping IPO shares. All then can do is threaten not to give you the chance to get in on the next IPO. Usually that threat carries weight but when looking at the size of the single day gain on BIDU.....you'd be crazy not too flip. That's like comparing 100 birds in the hand to one in the bush.
