From what I have read about Coral's technology, this seems like a complementary acquisition. I am very curious what happen to Coral though. They filed for an IPO at the end of 96 that would have valued the company at close to $100 mm. Now LTBG is acquiring for <$20. Coral must have not had a real sustainable growth model. Looks like someone just wanted to get their vc funds back.

I hope that the acquisition isn't to dilutive. In fact accretive would be better.
