Grant to Benefit Nano-Solar Manufacturing August 12, 2005 [RenewableEnergyAccess.com] Arrowhead Research, a diversified nanotechnology company, announced that a majority-owned subsidiary, Aonex Technologies, was awarded a $100,000 Phase I SBIR grant. The funds will contribute toward commercializing a proprietary process for fabricating semiconductor nanomaterials that could help device manufacturers in several markets reduce costs and improve performance. Aonex is currently applying its technology to next-generation solar cells and other optoelectronic devices.
