Here's fresh news on JAXI forming its own mortgage co. biz.yahoo.com Looks like some real numbers and revenue. "Since its incorporation approximately two weeks ago, Omega Mortgage Corp has already closed its first loan totaling $150,000; it has approval of 14 other loans totaling $998,254, and has taken applications for 28 more loans totaling $2,060,969. Profit for the mortgage company is estimated at 2-2.5%. Advertising will begin soon and more commissioned personnel is being added."
