I think you are being sarcastic, but let me explain something anyhow. Why the American Christian church is becoming apostate.

Jesus was born into an Israel that was occupied and ruled by the Roman's. When it became obvious that Jesus was the messiah the Jews wanted Him to be a political leader and free them from the Romans. They didn't understand that Jesus came just at the right time and He was interested only in changing peoples hearts. He could not have cared less about the Roman occupation. In fact the Romans and the Greeks before them served God's purpose. When Pilate offered the Jews Jesus or Barabas they chose Barabas because he had lead an uprising against the Romans before. They wanted a political leader.

Christians today have chosen Bush as their political and Christian leader in this disgusting display of idolatry and hero worship. They also support wars and political objectives like no same sex marriages and no abortions. I am not a supporter of either myself. But that is not what Jesus sent us to oppose. He sends us out to change hearts one at a time. He does not care about politics or wars but American Christians do. And they are becoming the harlot, playing the harlot with other god's just like Israel used to do. The harlot riding the beast spoken of in Revelation is the American Christian Church. Christians have been seduced and deceived. They are acting just like the Jews shouting about freedom for the flesh instead of freedom for the spirit.
