Bob: Thanks for the concern on OZN's location, I don't share it entirely. Africa is a continent, not a country and Orezone is, within the context of Africa, operating in fairly stable countries with definitive mining laws. Risky, yes you are right, they are. However, I like the fact that they are partnered with an African based major with decades of experience in that hemisphere. Not to mention the fact that Orezone have been there for a decade!! I do not believe they are suffering under an African discount as much as they are from the large float.
I am far more concerned by times with Honduras, Guatemala, Venezuela, Columbia, Romania, and even Mexico. I have seen enough backstabbing, claim jumping, legal MORASS in Mexico than almost anywhere. Furthermore, you don't have the raving NGO's trying to deprive the Africans of a chance to improve their economy as you do in the Patagonian region of Argentina. Which, after nearly a triple, and at a more development stage than excitement generating exploration, I am comfortable leaving Viceroy for DNT and CKG.
I am the least concerned with Guyana, Nevada, Chile, NW Argentina, Dominican Republic,Sweden, Norway, Ontario and Quebec. Really don't like British Columbia. Still, no matter where, you can be sideswiped!!! Which is why we are diversified. There has been a lot of money made on OZN with much more to come!
