VoxBox World Telecom Inc. Signs Reseller Agreement With Infinity Mobile Usa, Inc.; Revenues of Up to $200,000.00/Month Projected

VANCOUVER, BC--(MARKET WIRE)--Aug 3, 2005 -- VoxBox World Telecom Inc. (Other OTC:VXBX.PK - News) today announces they have signed a reseller agreement with Infinity Mobile USA, Inc. (Infinity). This reseller agreement will put the VoxBox product into the sales stream of Infinity products. VoxBox anticipates that this reseller agreement should provide it with conservatively $75,000.00 in monthly revenue and realistically up to $200,000.00 monthly revenue once the program reaches over 8,000 Infinity subscribers.
Infinity currently sells prepaid cellular through thousands of Tier I and Tier II convenience stores in the United States. In addition, Infinity provides prepaid cellular services to various ethnic markets in the US. They currently are branding a Filipino Prepaid Cellular plan integrated into the work visas of Filipinos moving to the United States for employment.

The Infinity reseller agreement, when fully deployed, will be able to provide a bundled service of Prepaid cellular and VoxBox VoIP service to their customers in the US and abroad.
