Okay I found what the royalty payment is for, it is in Note 7 b, a repayment of 350K to MEDTAP, 155K has been paid so far, this is a one time thing that will end in October 2006 or once the 350K is paid in full. This was for Grant money, so I guess we can see this added to the earnings in the future. Which for the last Q would have added .005 per share to the earnings and brought us to .02. Still ticked about the wages and benefits, meals and Entertainment more than doubling for the last nine months and especially in the last Q, I hope this stops and goes the other way soon.
