I can't help you with printing. I may fish my printer out of the closet and print something once or twice a year. Haven't printed anything since I installed Firefox. My adventures with with font have involved the display on my high resolution monitor. Did you try changing the scale in your print setup? If I go to File/Page Setup, it offers a "scale" option. I don't know how that would interpret fonts. I've never used it but it could work.
