I find your speculation on this point a bit gruesome, Bill. Each time, and there have been several, that someone unearths yet another mistake the Bush folk made between January of 01 and Sept of 01, your constant observation is that it's history and time to move on.

But on this one, for all the obvious reasons, you want to pound it. And the reasons are that it is a criticism of one body which made a very responsible analysis in which, heaven forbid, they ran some very responsible criticisms of the Bushies.
