Bush-Cheney's Halliburton scam is the biggest no-bid contract ever awarded. it's currently at around 10 billion and it just keeps growing. Because Bushies knocked down Kerry's attempt to make the war funding bill include accountability for where the money is going, we now have no idea where billions are disappearing to in Iraq. One thing we can be sure of though, Halliburton is getting a big chunk of it. This is basically plain old corruption as Cheney is the ex and perhaps future CEO of Halliburton. Shocking that the rightwing doesn't complain about this obvious abuse of power.
