$67/bbl. Someone sputtered that this was far, far from the oil shock levels of the late 70s. Yup, that's 19% and change from the oil levels of those late years but beyond the levels of the earlier oil shocks of the decade.

Yup, 19% and change is really far considering that oil has already climbed over 40% from just a year ago.

Bush has 1600 dusty, marginally productive acres in Crawford. Why doesn't HE develop a refinery there?
