Yea, they won't be able to deliver them caterpillers to those 50 people living ona desolate island in Alaska that desperately need $223 MILLION to build a bridge to no where at a cost of $4,460,000 per islander. Does that set a new standard for pork barrel spending ??? It certainly raises the bar for stupidity.
