JF, good news here in California. The state Supreme Court allowed Prop. 77 to be on the ballot this November. This is the proposition that takes the redistricting out of the legislature's hands and into the hands of independents. This is the proposition that Arnold is pushing, and it was also the proposition that the attorney general tried to block because the submitted version was a few words different from the petition version.
