To put a bit of perspective on this the company did earn .015 this quarter. For a company that has never been profitable thats a big step.

I think the expenses demand a reasonable answer without a doubt. The 100k in salary increase is point one but there are potentially reasonable explanations for that increase. Given their volume inncrease it is possible they anticipate bigger sales numbers and are hiring for that.

Mike was looking for a manufacturing engineer recently. Maybe he hired some new headcount and that is responsible for much of the 100k.

There are realities of running a company that demand if you want sales tomorrow you need to put out money today knowing the effects will not be immediate.

I'm not saying the expenses are appropriate but they may be and they may be an indicator of positive rather than negative developments.

If for example they start operating at 450k a month and keep expenses in line with what they are at now you would start seeing bottom lines of .04+. Lets not forget that sales have been increasing at a sequential rate large enough to make those sales rates seem plausible for this quarter.

From my perspective if he provides a good explanation for the cost increases and announces july numbers of 400k plus I would probably continue to be a buyer at this level.
