I guess your right a dis-claimer is probably a good thing to prevent law suits. Maybe Att, Lucent, Gm, Ford , and Mot could learn something from QCOM,s releases and they too could put in a dis-claimer.

From what I have heard and seen posted hte Advantages so far on a CDMA system that has never had a full load are battery life and voice clarity which some consider a wash . Will these two things make the rest of the world drop GSM and the US dump the TDMA markets that are in place ?
