Unless the rich get taxes raised, we remain on the slippery slope, down, down, down deeper into insolvency as a nation.
Bush brags about "only" 350-400 billion deficits per year. That is an outrageously reckless deficit. CLinton was running a surplus not a huge deficit and everyone did better under Clinton except big oil gougers.

The GOP tax hawks have lied to the people telling them Bush is putting money in their pockets. In fact, these deficits are just a delayed tax which they've rigged so that the middleclass will have to pay them off later after Bush is gone, and the rich will get off almost scott free. Also the gas gouging and jacked up health care costs are huge hidden taxes on every American.

New economic reports have shown that only well-off Americans are doing better under Bush. Everyone else, the majority of the country, are doing worse. Plus the huge deficits will be dumped on them later.
