Do you see what I see? Do you see that never, not once, not EVER during the Clinton years did we decrease the debt of the United States. How can that be? The liberal Democrats tell us that we were running a surplus and paying down the debt. Why would they lie?
Welcome to the world of reality. The reality is we NEVER had the budget surplus during the Clinton Presidency that causes liberals to swoon and wish for the days of old while having orgasmic rages. We ran a deficit EVERY single year and increased the public debt. The budget may have shown a surplus on paper, but after you add in supplemental spending packages, interest on the existing debt (which is part of the budget) and other after budget expenditures you can see that EVERY year we ran a deficit. |
