For all those that know or care, Drygluch has been quite sick recently and has been recovering at beautiful Lake Tahoe for the past 1.5 months. This weekend he ventured down to the city by the bay to go to the season opener for the SF 49ers who happen to kick the heck out of the Oakland Raiders last night. It was an exciting game and the first win for the 49ers in regulation time since Dec. 2003. This week another trip is in the offing, so after the cardiac rehab class on Monday. I'm heading back down to catch a flight to Florida on Wednesday to properly rig the two bedroom condo there that floats for the current hurricane season. Another set of dock lines and stripping off the canvas bimini and dodger windows, and back rapping the genoa and stay sail with extra lines to kept them from unfurling in strong winds. I'll do the work on Thurs and Friday and return to Tahoe for more cardiac rehab the follow Monday. Last year, I made three trips to Miami (Coconut Grove) to protect the boat, this year I hope only one trip is going to be necessary.
