Yes. NDX also looks in a similar way. There seems to be a certain tension, so to speak, to the upside. But they are also well positioned to break - or to start channeling - down. Maybe it's best to play it conservatively... only jump aboard the bullish bandwagon IF the decline proves to have been a "three".
