Bush has the fattest deficits in the history of the planet after inheriting three years of surpluses and balanced budgets. Even Rush Limbaugh called Bush the biggest deficit spender in history, and he was trying to be nice. Limbaugh's point was, no demcorat would have been less fiscally conservative than Bush. I was amazed to hear Rush being honest for once.
