PE of 40 or 50 is not out of line as long as year to year EPS growth is sustaining a level on par with the PE (ie PEG ratio). Believe TLAB despite not beating estimates will still show year over year EPS growth (not sure as to % growth this Q). Believe average annual growth is something like 60% the past 3-5 year period. This still appears to me to be an over reaction to not beating estimates. I will look for a decceleration of earnings growth before considering selling.
