There was a great deal of discussion about what to do in Bosnia during Bush I's presidency, including some reasonably famous comments from Jim Baker that it was none of our business.

Let's just remember what began this conversation. It was not about whether the violence in Bosnia was greater in 95 than in Bush I's presidency. But whether I would have supported an intervention during years in which there was a Rep president. I would have.

I would also have supported an intervention in Rwanda. Which Clinton did not do.
