80 mpg is great, but plugging your car into the wall is not. I still remember on the old John LaRoquette Show that John's character had an electric car that had to be plugged in. It cost too much to charge it at home, so he bought a long extension cord to plug it in at the bus terminal where he worked. <G> A very funny show, but way too far ahead of its time. Or too smart for the public. Or, I have lousy taste. Take your pick.
