DELRAY BEACH, Fla., Aug. 15, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Hard To Treat Diseases, Incorporated (HTTD) (Other OTC:HTDS.PK - News) announces today that the Company has filed a Notice of Appeal in which HTTD appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit the Memorandum Opinion Containing Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law entered in this action on July 8, 2005, the Final Judgment entered in this action on July 14, 2005, and the Order Denying Plaintiff's Motion to Alter or Amend Memorandum Opinion and Judgment or, in the Alternative, for Rehearing.
