Grounded, you wrote, "I am pleased that Pyng intends to list on the TSE."
I would applaud such a move because the TSX has much tighter guidelines and controls on management than does the Venture Exchange.

However, I think you misread the release. It states. "Pyng Medical believes that this year the company will surpass the requirements for a senior listing on the TSX Venture Exchange and will file for that status at the end of its fiscal period Sept. 30, 2005.

Again, I urge you to monitor the selection of CEO. All anger, hatred(?) and all other negativity aside, this is the inflection point for PYNG, IMHO.
