| Diamond Discoveries Completes Airborne Survey 8/15/2005 9:25:14 AM
 
 VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Aug 15, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Diamond Discoveries International Corp.(DMDD) is pleased to announce that McPhar Geosurveys Ltd. has completed flying the airborne magnetic survey over the company's Torngat Mountain property. Preliminary results have been made available and final results are forthcoming. As per the press release of July 22nd, an integrated interpretation of all of the newly acquired geophysical data, together with the existing geological and geophysical data, will be undertaken by the firm of Watts, Griffis and McOuat(WGM).
 
 Diamond Discoveries would also like to announce that through the direction of WGM, the 2005 field exploration has commenced. A crew of 12, supported by helicopter, is being mobilized to establish the exploration camp. The crew led by senior geologist Dr. Harrison Cookenboo of WGM will adhere to the following program:
 
 -- An initial period of 5-7 days after arrival on site for
 orientation of the crew and the location and independent
 sampling of the 'A' kimberlite and any nearby adjacent targets.
 
 -- The drilling of the selected targets is expected to start during
 the week of August 22-26. With the support of the helicopter, the
 field crews will also be able to visit and sample some of the more
 outlying targets. The anticipated termination of the field program
 is on or about the 30th of September.
 
 -- WGM in the weeks following will prepare a draft report of field
 work and will complete a final report to National Instrument
 43-101 standards once the results of analytical test work of the
 samples have been received.
