Well, if its going to happen anyway and there absolutely nothing we can do about, then we might as well get out now while the going is good. With that in mind, the best thing to do is remove our troops from Bosnia, Kosovo, and Haiti, too, before any more terrible things happen there. I'm sure you agree.

Might as well get out of the Phillipines as the Muslim insurgency shows no sign of abating there. The Koreans don't seem to want us on their territory and there's no sense sticking around where we aren't wanted, particularly if Kim decides to lob an atom bomb at Seoul.

With the Left Party making big gains in Germany with its demands that the 2.5 million Turks living there be sent packing, one or both ofthe major parties may be forced to agree in order to form a government. Somehow, it doesn't seem wise to keep our troops there and get blamed for that ethnic cleansing, even if it proves moderately peaceful.
