Halliburton is up 600% since Bush first started talking up the Iraq War in 2002. It was at about $10 at the time and is now at $58. This is proof that Cheney is a corrupt SOB buttering his bread with massive pork from the public trough, and that the war to them is an opportunity to gouge tends of billions of dollars from us. Quit defending these bastards. The HAL contract was the biggest ever, was no-bid (which should be illegal if it isn't) and has resulted in huge over-charging and profiteering. In fact, since Bushies made sure there was zero accountability in the war funding bill (what Kerry tried to put into the 87 billion bill) we simply don't know where all the billions have disappeared too. But we do know Halliburton has a history of fraud, graft, gouging, bribery, skirting rules and regulations and otherwise profiting off war and troubles in the middle east. We even found out they were selling nuclear components to Iran in the 90's under Cheney. These people should not and cannot be trusted. They aare also one and the same as the cabal running this war inside and outside of the WH.
