VPHM, Yes I took some profits waiting for the 2ndQ results, which came good as expected.<g> I think that the 3rdQ will also be very good by comparison with the 2004 results, albeit I didn't fully like the sequential drop in earnings in spite of the sequential increase in revenues. Although they said that the operating income improved due to the performance of Vancocin and that they cut their debt by $97.6M and now have only $86.7 M in outstanding debt. They also paid $3.8M on taxes and think that taxable income will exceed available carry forwards for 2005. They also had to increase the purchase price they have to pay LLY for the Vancocin purchase by $2.9M, which is a liability they will have to pay on the 3rdQ. I am looking to see if it will be able to close today above the 11.20 level, so far the intraday H at 12.20PM was 11.15 and the volume of 1,727,744 is still below Friday's 2,448,669 bigcharts.marketwatch.com
