You seem to have misunderstood the intent of the thread Chris.

There are plenty of bash Bush threads available. This one is not it. One barrier to this idea is the fear of countries who want to develop nuclear energy because of the risks in developing nuclear weapons as well as domestic energy. If you see the Bush Admin to be a barrier to this idea please explain why, and we can discuss that.

Do you have a contribution to the idea of the liberal innovation that this topic offers?
