Well Nadine, what I think all the so called experts don't get is that there are a lot of "know it all" engineers who will keep advancing technology and increasing productivity. And even the non technicals all have PC's that have economic modeling software. So all or so so many more in business have a better idea on managing costs. And just about everyone has PC's that are more powerful than the supercomputer of the Eighties.

And the cost of a PC that is more powerful than supercomputers of the eighties is 500 bucks or less. Figure a thousand for a PC that is more powerful than supercomputers of the nineties.

As the GDP increases every year, I don't see a housing bubble.
