RE:Nikon push-out

Yes, Nikon's leadtimes are long, as are Canon's, ASML's and SVGL's. The issue is whether they might be having problems ramping from 30 DUV systems last year to the 200 DUV systems they expect to ship this year. It is most certainly a possibility that they are not meeting their ramp targets, but this could be said of any of the companies mentioned above.
