MrB, I'm trying to do a total C-drive back-up onto Zip drive using multiple disks. After backing up anywhere from 6-10% of the C- drive, I get an error message saying "unrecoverable backup media write error". The first zip disk isn't even near full, much less being able to insert multiple disks. I'm using NovaDisk software. NovaDisk people say it isn't a software problem associated with their program. At this point, I just want to simply rule out it being a hardware problem with the Zip drive. Any ideas? Thanks. Ice
