Of course building things is not the PA's strong suit, but in this case they'll get the EU or somebody else to do it for them. They will demand the same bucks from us that Israel gets. I wonder how much they will get. We surely won't let them spend anything from us without controls after the mess they have made of everything. The whole Pal structure now is composed of little armed gangs controlling each urban area. They only cooperate when they get paid off.
