Yes he is, but those two seem way out together... Yes Outback is more like a hot Alaska. NT is twice the size of Texas and has 150000 people. 75000 in Darwin, 25000 in Alice. SA has just over a million and most live in Adelaide metro area, a few in the SE and nothing in the 75% of the state North of the Bight.
